Bachelorette star Tayshia Adams is letting fans in on her best-kept beauty secrets!
As part of Harper's BAZAAR's Go to Bed with Me series, the reality star films herself while going through the motions of her skincare routine, sharing the names of each of the 15 products she uses throughout the 10-minute video.
Since Adams has combination skin — while her T-zone is usually dry, she tends to get "hormonal acne" along her cheeks — she doesn't like to try out too many products, "so when I say I use something, it's tried and true, and it won't break you out," she declared.
The star's routine kicks off with either the INKEY List Salicylic Acid Cleanser (if she feels her face is particularly oil that day) or the more gentler La Mer The Cleansing Foam.
While rubbing the product in, she noted that she makes sure to scrub on her jawline and under, as she sometimes gets breakouts there as well.
With a reusable cotton pad, she then applies either PAULA'S CHOICE Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant or BIOLOGIQUE RECHERCHE Lotion P50 Exfoliating Toner.
Adams noted she doesn't gravitate towards popular beauty products since her skin is so sensitive. Instead, she tries to schedule "laser facials" every month and a half.
The brunette babe couldn't help but smile when she put on Sara Happ The Lip Scrub, explaining she can't have chapped lips since she needs "to keep that spark alive" with fiancé Zac Clark.
She then swipes on GOOP BEAUTY GOOPGENES Clean Nourishing Lip Balm right after.
Next up is a few drops of SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense, which she says, "I swear, keeps my skin in check."
Since Adams moved to New York City, her skin started to get drier quicker, so for the last two months, she's been "hooked" on SkinMedica HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator and SkinCeuticals Hydra Balm.
The former phlebotomist then applies a tiny bit of GOOP BEAUTY GOOPGENES All-in-One Nourishing Eye Cream to the under-eye area.
After that, she takes GOOP BEAUTY GOOPGENES Nourishing Repair Body Butter and rubs it in from head-to-toe. She noted she usually uses the cream following a shower.
If the TV personality engaged in a particularly grueling workout that day, she spritzes ALO Magnesium Reset Spray, which she says helps her "not have sore muscles the next day."
Last but not least, Adams takes two OLLY Sleep Gummies and two Ritual Essential Multivitamin. "Then, I'm out like a light," she claimed.
