On October 24, the pair announced their family doubled in size when the One Tree Hill alum posted a video of his two little ones nestled on his chest. The actor smiled and rubbed their tiny hands, which were placed on his chest.

The Real World alum followed up three days later by sharing a selfie with one of the babies lying on her as she held the little one's hand.

Chung simply captioned her post, "x 2."

"I did my research on facilities and then it all boiled down to these deciding factors," she shared. "I want options. I’m buying time. I’m unsure and scared and hopeful."

She noted that she has "the best partner" in Greenberg, but she was "just unsure when" the timing would be right for them to have a child. "And I realized that’s OK," she stated. "It’s OK to be unsure when the time is right."

The Once Upon a Time star said that she hopes sharing her journey will help answer questions that so many other women have but are too timid to ask.

She ended her post by admitting that the process has been "draining," but she's grateful for the "amazing team" of doctors and nurses who have taken such good [care] of me." Congrats!
