Though Lisa Barlow dabbles in many things — from starring on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City to launching a clothing line to co-owning a restaurant — she wouldn't have it any other way.

"I love it. That fuels me. I also incubate brands for other celebrities. I love doing everything and challenging myself. I love to grow. I hate to be stagnant. I always am like, 'What's the next thing?' I have a very specific goal in mind that my husband, John [Barlow] and I share together. I like achieving things and hitting milestones. There's no better reward than seeing the success of something you've worked hard on," the reality star, 49, who has teamed up with Clorox to take the drama out of cleaning and hosting to shift focus where it matters most, like the latest tea being spilled on reality TV, exclusively tells Morning Honey.

Lisa Barlow appears on 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.'

Now that she's been on TV since RHOSLC aired in 2020, she's quickly become a fan-favorite.

"You always hope you're inspiring people. I was inspired as a young person, and I'm always hoping that I'm helping others. They might say, 'If Lisa can do that, I can too.' I feel like everyone can do anything they want if you're willing to work for it. I do still work. I work really hard, and I have my hands in a lot of different things. But I hope people are saying, 'If Lisa can run two businesses, I can do it.' Since I'm one of five girls, my dad's always been super empowering with all of us. I'll never forget when I went in for my first job interview, I was like, 'Dad, they think I'm superwoman,' and he was like, 'You are.' It's those kinds of things that resonate with people," she dishes.

Despite being on a hit TV show, the businesswoman remains humble. "We launched during COVID, so I don't feel like we felt the full effect of what it's like to be on Bravo and be part of the NBC family. After COVID, we were out, and it was nuts," she recalls. "My whole family was back on the East Coast last week, and I am like, 'This is so crazy.' Everywhere we go, Henry's like, 'Mom, there's a fan. You should ask if she wants a picture.' It's fun, but you give up your privacy. I love to be glam and go out now because I know I'll probably see someone and they'll ask for a picture."

Lisa, who is also a mother to son Jack, has learned to always be kind to others — especially when in the spotlight. "I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be on Bravo," she says. "I really wanted to do it because I love to work. I love being a woman in business, and I was hoping it was going to inspire other people to feel like they can do more than one thing, too. They can be a mom, have a career, be a wife and have everything, as they say. I've always kept pretty grounded knowing it's a blessing to have an opportunity like this. I always tell my kids, 'You have to be nice to everybody!'"

The mom-of-two is excited for what the future holds though she wouldn't mind being "partially retired."

"Everything we do compliments each other, and I really hope that we have created things we can pass down to our boys. Then they can take over and pay for our lives!" she quips.

In between all the hustle and bustle, Lisa spoke about why teaming up with Clorox was a no-brainer for her.

"I grew up on the product. My mom's house was super modern and everything was white. I'm one of six kids and we were all obsessed with Clorox and their products," she notes. "Especially this time of year, it's important that we're wiping down door handles and keeping our house clean. We have a lot of traction in our house, and starting this week it gets even crazier because we're filming. I love to wipe down everything with Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. I actually use them on everything. I also cleaned toilets on camera, so it's perfect!" she explains.
