Peloton's Robin Arzón didn't get to where she is today without believing in herself, in addition to manifesting.

The fitness guru left her law job behind in 2012 and decided to embark into the health and wellness space. She quickly became a fan-favorite after teaching her first live class for Peloton in 2014 — and the rest, as they say, is history.

"I love a vision board. I love naming and claiming it. I love arts and crafts. I do vision boards every single year, and I did them when I was transitioning out of law into wellness — and there were shades of what I am doing now that is amazing to see. I can't believe I am doing what I hoped for, but it wasn't necessary in the same timeline or look exactly how I wanted it to. Oftentimes, it's better," the 42-year-old, who partnered with Silk to share personalized breakfast creations that help to kickstart her day as a fitness pro and mom-of-two to help inspire others, exclusively tells Morning Honey.

The fitness guru loves a vision board.

"You need to name it and claim it. You never know what's around the corner," the Pennsylvania native, who shares two kids with husband Drew Butler, adds. "I consider myself a dreamer who hustles. I don't sit on a lily pad and hope things come to me — I allow myself to dream so big. It makes me uncomfortable and then I break that out in action items."

One of the many reasons Arzón's clients keep coming back for more is not only because of her amazing workouts, but she also has great advice and uplifting words she says throughout class. "I don't really believe in practicing what you preach — I believe in preaching what you practice," she says. "This is a superhero toolkit I've been creating for myself and for others for almost 20 years. It includes movement, breath work and know what you're putting in your body. Whether it's with Peloton or Silk or any partnership I have, it really is in alignment with how I want to lead my life in a supercharged way — and I invite others to do that."

It's also fulfilling for her when she witnesses her clients "light bulb moments" in real life. "That aha moment is so incredibly powerful," she says. "I've been there. I've been on the other side of the screen. I've been that unhappy attorney, so I totally get it, and it's an honor to be part of somebody's journey in that way."

Part of Arzón's routine includes a lot of self-care. "That starts with how I am eating and sleeping and how I am speaking to myself. But there are plenty of days where I am like, 'That wasn't really my best,' but we all know intuitively what we're supposed to be doing — it's just about making the next best choice."

Arzón is the first to admit that she has her off days, too, but since she's created her routine and a process, she has learned to live in the intersection of "process and purpose and motivation."

"She visits sometimes, but I am not waiting for her," she declares.

In the meantime, the brunette beauty is all about feeling good, which is why she loves to start her day with Silk’s plant-based products. "I've been plant-based for over 10 years. I drink a smoothie 365 days a year. I'm a self-proclaimed smoothie queen, and people usually ask me, 'What are your recipes?' or 'What do you drink in the morning?' I help folks with how to fuel and energize so they can kickstart their day. I drink Silk in the mornings, and the beauty of it is that it's pretty simple," she explains. "People sometimes overcomplicate what it means to eat in a way that is going to keep us energized throughout the day, and this really simplifies and provides you with the recipe."

Robin Arzón admits she trains 'pretty intensely.'

The exercise instructor always relies on the mean green matcha machine to kick off her day on a high note. "It's a little bit of caffeine and then it's got calcium, minerals, protein, healthy fat, and I train pretty intensely," she shares. "I train for a few hours each day, and this is the food and nutrition that keeps me going. People don't realize that the afternoon slump isn't a necessity. There are ways in which we can eat food, pack our kitchens with ingredients and nutrition that is going to get us through that slump — and get us through those winter months feeling supercharged."

As part of the Silk Feel Planty Good Challenge, which encourages people to commit to incorporating Silk’s nutritious, plant-based products into their breakfast for seven days during January, one randomly selected winner will receive free breakfast for life from Silk, and six other lucky winners will receive free breakfast for a year. "It's fun! You get to try different recipes in your kitchen, and I think this is naturally the time of year when people are a bit more curious and open-minded to trying something new. Any day can be January 1, so let's advantage of the momentum and encourage folks to try something new!" she adds.
