With just over a week to go until the second season of The Morning Show premieres, a few of the drama's stars came out to promote the AppleTV+ series.
Scroll down to see what Reese Witherspoon and Julianna Margulies — who's new to the cast — wore to the Beverly Hills event on September 8.
A pop of color! The mom-of-three stood out in a black top, scarlet red blazer and matching trousers that featured a yellow and black stripe down the side.
The actress kept her hair and makeup simple but added a large pair of gold hoop earrings as the finishing touch.
When the trailer for the second season of the drama debuted, she said she was "so excited" for fans to see the action unfold.
The streaming service has released a synopsis for season 2:
"Picking up after the explosive events of season one, season two finds The Morning Show team emerging from the wreckage of Alex (Jennifer Aniston) and Bradley’s (Witherspoon) actions, to a new UBA and a world in flux, where identity is everything and the chasm between who we present as and who we really are comes into play."
Margulies wore a pair of chestnut brown pants and a darker turtleneck top.
The Good Wife lead plays news anchor Laura Peterson. "The idea really stemmed from having a character who had done the work and what that looked like in this industry and in the UBA environment," showrunner Kerry Ehrin explained. "She's at the top of her game."
Added Margulies, "She's a woman who has been through the fire and back and made it out alive."
It was previously revealed that the actress' character is a longtime rival of Jennifer Aniston's.
"You've got to believe me when I tell you this character was worth getting on a plane for in the middle of a pandemic," Margulies teased.
Other stars at the event included Nestor Carbonell, Hasan Minhaj, Karen Pittman, Desean K. Terry and the series' director Mimi Leder.
Season 2 of The Morning Show debuts on September 17 and airs on Fridays.
