In the clip, which dropped on Tuesday, April 13, Patridge chats with Whitney Port about her dating life when she spilled some big news.

“Brody and I … we did kiss,” she says as a video of her hugging Jenner played in the background.

Another reason why fans are talking is that Cavallari, who sports a black outfit, finally made her appearance — and it was everything. “To being reunited,” someone says as the blonde beauty leaves a car.

Some other interesting tidbits include that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are trying to expand their family, but it seems like the mom-of-one and her hubby may not be on the same page.

“I thought we were getting more serious about trying to get pregnant,” Montag says. “Is that dangerous for the baby, for you to be so stressed out every day?” the crystal guru responds.

Jenner's ex-wife, Kaitlynn Carter, seems like she wants to set the record straight about "why" they broke up, Justin Bobby may be ready to start a family sooner than later and Pratt questions Jason Wahler's sobriety during a group outing.

“After a year of lockdowns and lost time, the cast of Hollywood’s most iconic friend group is reuniting. This season finds them at a crossroads and their lives tested like never before,” MTV wrote in a statement about the latest season

“While some struggle with the financial strains from the global pandemic and rebuilding businesses, others are navigating through rocky relationships, struggling with addiction as well as their mental and physical health. From a highly-publicized divorce and rekindling former flames to starting new families and surprise pregnancies, all bets are off this season.”

It looks like things are just getting started — and we can hardly wait to see how everything unfolds. As Natasha Bedingfield sings, "the rest is still unwritten."

The Hills: New Beginnings premieres on MTV May 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
