'Obsession With Her': Netizens Slam ‘Certifiable Stalker’ Laura Loomer Over Candace Owens Russia Trip Claims

Once again, Candace Owens and Laura Loomer are locking horns -- this time over Owens' true motives regarding her trip to Russia.

Previously, Loomer sparked a heated online debate on May 29, claiming Owens was hiding the true nature of her travels by framing it as a family vacation.

Instead, Loomer alleged that Owens might be attending a major event linked to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

To taunt Loomer's speculation, Owens shared an X post from Russia addressed to Loomer, openly mocking her claims.

The controversy surrounding Owens’ travel itinerary ignited after journalist Ryan Mauro shared screenshots purporting to show that Owens is listed as a speaker and expert at the upcoming SPIEF event.

As the screenshots gained attention online, Loomer amplified the debate by reposting the images and posting a lengthy thread on X.

In her posts, Loomer claimed Owens is set to attend a conference where Russian political philosopher Aleksandr Dugin is also expected to appear.

“Candace Owens is 100% in communication with sanctioned individuals. As I reported recently, Dugin said he wants Russia to sell nuclear weapons to Iran to destroy the United States. The State Department, DOJ, and @USTreasury really need to investigate,” Loomer alleged in her post.

She further alleged that Owens and her husband, George Farmer, had previously met Dugin, despite failing to offer public evidence to support her claims.

In another post, Loomer also questioned why Owens described the trip as a family vacation if she was expected to attend a public event.

“Why did you lie to your viewers about this being a family vacation? How come you didn’t tell the truth? You’re meeting with sanctioned Russians and people like Dugin who called for Russia to sell nukes to Iran to kill Americans. You seem to think your America Last antics are cute. They aren’t,” Loomer wrote.

In the same post, she also speculated about who might be paying for Owens’ trip and whether Russian officials helped organize it.

While Owens has not directly responded to the allegations made by Loomer, she appeared to mock the speculation by posting a photo of herself from Russia.

Meanwhile, although Loomer’s posts about Owens gained traction online, the far-right political activist faced intense online backlash.

Netizens accused Loomer of being overly obsessed with Owens, questioning her motives and criticizing her habit of turning every situation into a conspiracy for attention.

“Laura you need to talk to someone about your obsession with her," one user wrote, adding, "It's disturbing to watch. It's unhinged.”

Others argued that Loomer was being hypocritical, pointing to the international backlash she faced during her own recent travels.

Reflecting on how Loomer is questioning Owens’ travel plans while having faced criticism over her own international visits, one user wrote, “Didn’t you go to India in March, get confronted on stage over your old anti-Indian/H-1B posts, apologize while there, then come back praising it as incredible and saying you love it/want to return?”

Defending Owens, another user added, “She doesn’t have to explain everything she does to you. Who hasn’t turned a work trip into a family vacation? Two birds, one stone.”

Other responses took a more personal swipe at Loomer, with one writing, “You are a certifiable stalker. Seek help!”

Another added, “She is cute! Don’t be jealous Larry. You’re so incredibly desperate to discredit @RealCandaceO.”
