'Cannot Serve Two Masters': Laura Loomer Accuses Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang of Threatening 'National Security'
After clashing with podcaster Candace Owens and warning about an Ebola outbreak in the U.S., right-wing political commentator Laura Loomer has now shifted her attention to Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang.
Taking to X, Loomer accused Huang of creating a potential national security risk through his reported ties to a major Chinese university.
Loomer claimed Huang’s decision to join the board of Tsinghua University raises serious concerns as he is also a part of President Donald Trump’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).
Calling the situation a conflict of interest and a threat to America, Loomer urged the Trump administration to take action.
Laura Loomer Slams Jensen Huang and Other Tech CEOs Over Potential China Ties
Laura Loomer's X post targeting tech CEOs.
Taking to X on Wednesday, May 27, Loomer sparked controversy, accusing Huang and several other American tech leaders of creating national security risks.
In a lengthy post, Loomer alleged that the tech giants’ reported ties to China’s Tsinghua University make them a threat to the U.S.
She publicly accused Huang of maintaining a presence on the advisory board of Tsinghua University while serving on Trump’s Council of Advisors on PCAST at the same time.
She labeled his dual role as “a major national security threat.”
“Jensen Huang is reportedly joining the board of Tsinghua University, an elite Chinese institution operating under the direct leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),” Loomer wrote, adding, “This move comes as Huang serves on President Donald Trump’s President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.”
She continued, “This dual role is not merely a conflict of interest, but it represents a major national security risk. Tsinghua University is no ordinary academic institution… On their website, Tsinghua University brags about appeasing Xi Jinping and the CCP.”
Loomer wrote, “Jensen Huang must choose a lane.”
Later, in separate posts, Loomer expanded her criticism to other prominent business leaders.
Naming Apple CEO Tim Cook, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Dell founder Michael Dell and JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon as participants on the university’s advisory board, Loomer accused them of similar treason.
“Allowing these American tech and finance CEOs to sit on the Board of Tsinghua University while many of them also sit on the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) creates dangerous conflicts of interest and massive threats to US national security,” she wrote.
“These business leaders need to pick a lane. They cannot serve two masters at once. They are either loyal to the United States of America, or loyal to the Chinese Communist Party. You cannot be loyal to both,” Loomer further noted.

While most people reacted negatively to her post, Senator Jim Banks enabled the discussion by stating, “I’m going to look into this.”
Meanwhile, many X users stood up for the Nvidia CEO, as one wrote, “Jensen is a national treasure and has built the most valuable American company single-handedly through blood, sweat, and tears. Don’t go there.”
Another commented, “Nvidia needs to sell to China for the US to win the AI race.”
“Jensen is looking to recruit young intelligent Chinese researchers into Nvidia. That's a good thing you dolt,” stated an individual.
A person wrote, “On this one Laura your intel was flawed and you are attempting to save face. Just issue a public apology to Jensen for the public humiliation caused by an alarmist post. It's the honorable thing to do.”
However, while most people appeared to mock Loomer, there were some who showed real concern after her post.
One user wrote, “America must do something really fast no more loopholes.”
“Strong support! The United States should deport these collaborators,” another added.
An individual stated, “This is a massive national security blind spot. Why are top American tech CEOs advising a university with direct links to the CCP military while our own tech supply chains are under constant threat? Unbelievable.”
“I hate a lot of your post but this one is hard to disagree with,” commented another user.
