Across the pond, a slew of stars came out for the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs), which took place at the Royal Albert Hall in London on March 13. Pitch Perfect star Rebel Wilson hosted the shindig, joking about her weight loss in her monologue.

"Everyone is asking me, why did you lose weight?" she told the crowd. "Clearly it was to get the attention of Robert Pattinson."

The House of Gucci lead brought the drama in an emerald green gown by Ralph Lauren. The star carried a feathery purse, donned emerald and diamond jewelry and added quite a bit of height with 6-inch platform heels.

Gaga was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role, but the victory went to Joanna Scanlan for After Love.

The actress looked gorgeous in a two-toned dress: while the halter-style top half was black, the tulle train, which had a high-low hem, was in bright white. She finished off the outfit with black heels that wrapped up her ankles and a white clutch.

While presenting Best Outstanding British Film, viewers thought that she was coyly throwing shade at Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling's controversial statement on transgender individuals. After Watson was jokingly introduced as "a witch," she responded, "I’m here for all the witches."

The West Side Story lead caught everyone's attention in a yellow gown by Oscar de la Renta. The strapless number had a thigh-high split and was adorned with a giant red flower at the waist. Her stylists noted that the dress paid tribute to the outfit her character wears while singing "America."

DeBose went home with a trophy for Best Supporting Actress. "I am someone who sings, dances, acts," she said on the stage. "I speak dance better than I speak English. So, I am truly honored by this recognition. It’s not every day you get to bring to life a character using all of these disciplines."
