When thinking about the royal family, it's easy to believe that they have a lot of money. However, there are actually 12 celebrity families that are richer than the British brood!
According to new research from Electric Ride On Cards, the wealthiest celebrity family in the world are the Kardashians-Wests, as their net worth comes in at a little over $8 billion, while the Windsors' net worth is $630 million.
The Hayek-Pinaults, a.k.a. Selma Hayek and her husband, François-Henri Pinault, make over 7 billion, and Jay-Z and Beyoncé landed the third spot (over $2 billion).
The Trumps have the fourth slot, with a family net worth of about $2 billion.
The Trump-Kushners came in fifth, with $1.6 billion.
The Hilton-Rothschilds (Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton, etc.) have a family net worth of $1,050,000,000, while the Beckhams (David Beckham, Victoria Beckham, etc.) have a family net worth of $1,005,000,000.
Even though they are no longer together, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's brood comes in ninth with a net worth of $840,000,000. Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have a net worth of $675,000,000 while the Jolie-Pitts (Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie) have $670,000,000.
The company also found that "when combining all of the royal family units together, it gives the monarchy a total combined net worth of $1,046,000,000, meaning they still only rank fourth for total family wealth."
Recently, the outlet also revealed that Kate Middleton and Prince William's daughter, Princess Charlotte, might have a hefty fortune, worth as much as £3.6 billion, a.k.a. almost 5 billion dollars!
Meanwhile, Prince George, 8, could have a fortune just under £2.2 billion (3 billion USD), while Prince Louis, 3, could be worth £721 million (995 million USD).
Though they left the U.K. and started a life in California, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's son, Archie, is estimated to be worth £21.6 million (almost 30 million USD) when he grows up.
