As hinted in the the title, the new show takes place in sunny Tampa, Fla., and it stars an all-female, all-Black cast working at Allure Realty.

The firm is owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, who hires only the best of the best, including Rena Frazier, Karla Giorgio, Tennille Moore, Anne-Sophie Petit, Colony Reeves, Alexis Williams and Juawana Williams.

"She wanted smart women," Juawana notes in the trailer. "She wanted empowered women, and I think that's what makes Allure Realty what is really is."

The two-minute video also shows off the amazing real estate that Tampa has to offer. "Get ready to make some money, bitches!" quips one of the stars. "We're closing deals in heels!"

And though the women are all dedicated workers, plenty of personal and professional drama ensues, as the girls argue over their skills, loyalty and more.

"These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate," Netflix shared. "Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality."

The new show will center on Jason Oppenheim as he opens a second branch of the Oppenheim Group in Newport Beach, Calif.

Aside from Oppenheim, the series will star real estate agents Alexandra Hall, Brandi Marshall and Austin Victoria.

"I am so excited for our new show, 'Selling the OC,' about my Newport Beach office and its amazing agents!" he wrote on social media. "Thank you @netflix @lionsgatetv @adamdivello @skylerwakil for believing in me and what we have all created together with Selling Sunset."
