Someone ring the office bell! Netflix has announced that Selling Sunset is getting its very own spinoff titled Selling the OC.
At the center of the show will be luxury real estate broker Jason Oppenheim, whose company the Oppenheim Group recently opened a second office in Newport Beach.
Just like the original, the series will focus on the employee's careers selling pricey pads as well as their personal lives. Variety reported that aside from Oppenheim, the show will star real estate agents Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall.
It's unclear whether any Selling Sunset stars will appear on the spinoff, which just started filming.
"I am so excited for our new show, 'Selling the OC,' about my Newport Beach office and its amazing agents!" Oppenheim gushed on Instagram after the news broke. "Thank you @netflix @lionsgatetv @adamdivello @skylerwakil for believing in me and what we have all created together with Selling Sunset."
Coworker-turned-girlfriend Chrishell Stause commented on his post with emojis of flames and clapping hands, while the series' creator Adam DiVello wrote, "Let’s GO!! Back to the beach!! 🌊🏄♂️🍾🥂."
The show has yet to reveal a premiere date, but season 4 of Selling Sunset will debut on Netflix on November 24. The new episodes will feature fan-faves like Stause, Christine Quinn, Heather Rae Young, Maya Vander, Mary Fitzgerald and Amanza Smith, but a few newbies will be introduced as well, such as Emma Hernan and Vanessa Villela.
"They are in different stages in their real estate [careers] and obviously, it definitely stirs the pot a little bit," Stause told Us Weekly of the two newcomers. "But I will say they're really lovely."
"You never know what people’s reactions are going to be, but I’ve really enjoyed working with them," she added. "It’s Selling Sunset, so I can’t say that’s been the case with everyone, or we wouldn’t have a show. But they are really great."
Regardless of what goes down on the show, the soap opera star insisted to Bustle that producers "do a really good job to make those moments real."
Selling Sunset has already been renewed for a fifth season as well.
