President Donald Trump recently escalated his feud with Bruce Springsteen, after the singer strongly criticized the Trump administration, calling it corrupt and dangerous. As Springsteen’s words caught attention, Trump fired back with a post on Truth Social.

Instead of just responding with words, the president shared an edited image of the 76-year-old singer. The photo mocked Springsteen’s looks and hinted at plastic surgery. As a result, things turned intense and the clash between the duo became a full-blown public feud.

Donald Trump takes a jibe at Bruce Springsteen.

As his response to Springsteen’s criticism, Trump made controversial remarks about the singer’s appearance on social media. In a recent post on Truth Social, the president shared a photoshopped close-up image of the musician.

The edited image showed Springsteen with damaged skin and uneven teeth. Words on the photo read, “What Happened to Bruce Springsteen?” Furthermore, the president added his own caption to the photo as he shared the post: “Bruce Springsteen prior to plastic surgery???”

This is not the first time the president has suggested that the legendary singer had undergone cosmetic procedures. Previously Trump had taken a jibe at Springsteen’s looks, calling him a “dried up prune” and blaming a “bad plastic surgeon.”

In an earlier post on Truth Social, the president labeled the singer “boring” and accused him of suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

Trump said that Springsteen is a “total loser who spews hate against a President who won a Landslide Election, including the popular vote, all Seven Swing States, an 86 percent of the Counties across America.”

Trump concluded his post by urging his followers not to support Springsteen and "boycott his overpriced concerts.”

An X post by The Hollywood Reporter shows Bruce Springsteen criticizing Donald Trump during a Los Angeles concert.

The whole squabble between the two started after Springsteen blasted Trump and his administration during a concert in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on March 31. The singer kicked off his The Land of Hope and Dreams American tour with a sharp criticism against Trump.

Prior to performing with the E Street Band and guest artist Tom Morello, Springsteen told the crowd that America is “currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, racist, reckless and treasonous administration,” during his opening speech.

He further added how Americans are currently living through "dark times" where their values are "being challenged like never before." He then went on to criticize the Justice Department and accused Pam Bondi of taking “her marching orders straight from a corrupt White House.”

"She prosecutes our president's perceived enemies, covers up for his misdeeds, and protects his powerful friends. And this is happening now…So many of our elected leaders have failed us that this American tragedy can only be stopped by the American people. So join us and let's fight for the America that we love. Are you with us?" Springsteen said.

Further, during his Inglewood, Los Angeles, show on April 7, Springsteen made similar remarks as he urged people to stand up and fight for the America they believe in, making his message clear throughout the tour.
