The building was erected in 1910 and was sold for $7.4 million in 2015.
The crisp white living room features chandeliers, a stone fireplace and a coffered ceiling. Also on the first floor is a mother-in-law suite, which features a kitchenette.
Despite the elegant interior, Inspirato notes that guests should expect noise since the property is situated in "the heart of the city."
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, but the home can sleep up to eight people. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third has a queen and the fourth has two twin-sized beds.
The 4,465-square-foot house also has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, wine cellar with a wet bar, media room, library and an enclosed greenhouse/solarium, in addition to being equipped with a Sonos sound system. There are five levels in total.
While no pets are allowed, you are able to book the residence for a private event for up to 25 people.
A few of the bathrooms have double vanities and standalone tubs.
The home boasts two terraces as well as this garden-level patio, but if the weather doesn't permit for outdoor gatherings, there's plenty of space inside to sit!
