Lara Trump Shuts Down Viral Barron ‘Time Traveler’ Claims

Lara Trump sets the record straight on one of the internet's more unusual conspiracy theories — that Barron Trump is somehow a time traveler.

The theory is not a new one and has been around for a few years. It recently spiked again on social media as netizens speculate that Barron Trump's life supposedly mirrors some aspects of a 19th century novel series.

Lara spoke out about the rumors on her Right View show on Fox News and dismissed the theory, calling it "crazy."

The speculation about Barron Trump being a time traveler stems from books written in the late 1800s by Ingersoll Lockwood. The author created a fictional character named "Baron Trump" who supposedly has some things in common with Donald Trump's son.

The similarities are mainly based on the fact that they have the same name and the setting, but it has nevertheless led to online theories that say they have a deeper connection.

Even though there is no evidence pointing to Barron being a time traveler, the theory is still very popular and widely discussed on the internet.

In a Q&A session, Lara was asked about it, and she admitted that she was surprised by "the amount of views that some of these videos get where they really dissect how this really worked out.” She couldn't understand how some people really entertained the idea that her brother-in-law could really time travel.

Even though Lara Trump was visibly surprised that people even entertained the idea that Barron was a time traveler, she still went on to directly address the claim.

“I’m not trying to ruin anybody or rain on any parades here. Barron Trump is not a time traveler. Sorry to say it. I’m sorry, I broke a lot of people’s hearts today,” she said.

Lara Trump added that she has known Barron for most of his life, emphasizing that there is no mystery behind the claims because they were untrue.

She even tried to explain why some believed that he could travel in time. “I’ve seen him grow up, it’s crazy stuff, but I think people love to grab on to conspiracies or things that are very far-fetched like that,” she said.

She continued, “Name me anybody who actually can say that that's a real thing? It doesn't exist, but people have gotten so far off the rails on this Barron being a time traveler thing. I don't know what to tell you."

Lara then firmly concluded, "I think it's crazy. I've known Barron for 18 years, okay, he's not a time traveler.”

Barron Trump was born in 2006 and has stayed out of the public eye for most of his life, especially compared to the rest of the Trump family. That privacy has led to an ongoing curiosity about his life, with strong rumors about Barron being a "ladies man."

The renewed attention also comes as Barron takes more steps into the business world as he is part of a beverage company who are launching a new drink. But Lara made it clear that Barron's life is far more normal than what most people would like to think.
