Keith Urban's Daughter Unfollowed Him on Instagram After Reports Emerged About His New Girlfriend — Hours Later She Changed Her Mind

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's daughter Sunday Rose has drawn attention online after unfollowing and then quickly refollowing her father on Instagram.

The Instagram activity drew attention as Sunday Rose appeared to distance herself from her father before reconnecting within hours.

This move has caused curiosity among fans and news outlets alike. As of Tuesday morning, it was reported that the 17-year-old had stopped following her father on Instagram.

A few hours later, Sunday was following Urban on Instagram again. Sunday's move has raised concerns about their relationship as she still follows her mother, Kidman, on the platform. Urban, on the other hand, follows both Sunday and Kidman. Neither Urban nor Kidman’s representatives have replied to questions after these incidents.

The 17-year-old's unfollowing of her dad comes after reports of the country singer's new romantic interest were revealed. Kidman and Urban were married for 19 years before their divorce was finalized in September 2025

The report, initially released by the Daily Mail, arrives as Urban is romantically associated with 26-year-old singer-songwriter Karley Scott Collins, who was the opening act on his 2025 'High and Alive' tour.

The publication also reported that Sunday and her younger sister, Faith Margaret, have had a difficult relationship with Urban since their parents' separation. Entertainment reporter Rob Shuter said both daughters declined to meet their father's reported girlfriend out of loyalty to their mother.

A family friend told Rob Shuter that the girls are focusing on their mother, "The girls are really focused on mum right now. They're adjusting to all the changes, and it's natural they want to protect their space."

One more source shared that Keith is "trying to balance his own life with his daughters' needs. The country singer reportedly wants his daughters to be 'comfortable,' but their 'priority is their mum and their own well-being."

Karley Collins first met the country singer while she was the opening act for his High and Alive tour in 2025. She also posted a message for him on his birthday and posted a picture of them hugging onstage. She clarified that Urban was her 'friend' in the caption.

Many reports claimed that the two had moved in together after Keith's divorce. Collins pushed back against the reports, writing on social media, "Yall, this is absolutely ridiculous and untrue," according to Page Six.

Separately, Kidman was also romantically linked to her Scarpetta co-star Simon Baker following the divorce. Nevertheless, sources close to both actors denied any romantic involvement, saying their relationship was purely professional.

Amid the ongoing family difficulties, Kidman is reportedly concentrating on her daughters and is not dating anymore, despite interest from multimillionaire Paul Salem. Kidman reportedly holds primary custody of the children, with Urban receiving visitation every other weekend.
