Jessica Alba looked super stylish as she was spotted heading to work at The Honest Company headquarters on Wednesday, March 31.
The mom-of-three — whose company is now worth $1 billion — wore a pretty black and blue flower dress along with a black blazer, tights and black boots.

The Hollywood star had her hands full while walking into the office. Alba recently got candid about why she decided to step away from acting and focus on her business.
"I couldn't go back to what I was doing before and be authentic. I just couldn't," she declared. "I just didn't care about it anymore the same way. It was something bigger."
Instead, she launched The Honest Company, which focuses on products that are safe for kids.
"We’re a wellness brand empowering people to live happy, healthy lives. And we’re also people, just like you. When our founder couldn’t find one brand to trust for all her everyday needs, she had to create it," the website reads.
However, the brunette babe experienced highs and lows when starting her new venture. “Building a brand and building a business is f**king impossible," she confessed. “And to be good at it and for it to thrive and scale, it is really hard. If anything, I was like, ‘Do I really want to do this?’"
"It took me three-and-a-half years just to find partners to even join me, and I got lots of rejection. I had to learn how to build decks," she added. "In every stage, I'm trying to get better and better as a business person, but it's a totally different skill set than just taking your influence and fame and putting your name on a package and doing a press tour, picking out a couple designs."
Now, Alba — who returned to acting for a bit when she starred in L.A.'s Finest alongside Gabrielle Union — has been focusing on her three kids, Honor, 12, Haven, 9, and Hayes, 3, whom she shares with her husband, Cash Warren.
