Many MAGA women have praised Erika’s strength and resilience.
From Melania Trump to Lara Trump, MAGA Women’s True Feelings on Erika Kirk Come Into Focus
A week after Charlie Kirk, a famous Republican activist and Trump supporter, was fatally shot in the most notable political assassination in decades, his wife Erika Kirk organized a Zoom call with Turning Point USA's approximately 1,500 staff members, according to reports. This group was created by Charlie, and he acted as its CEO until his passing.
Alex Clark, who hosts a popular TPUSA podcast, told CNN that Kirk assured employees during the call that "everything is stable and safe". The message was clear, Clark stated, with Erika Kirk expressing that they would “continue Charlie’s mission just as he planned.”
Clark said the call was widely interpreted as a signal that Erika Kirk would lead TPUSA going forward. In September 2025, the organization announced she would serve as CEO and chair of the board.
Since assuming the CEO role, Kirk has become a prominent figure within conservative and MAGA circles and has received immense support from MAGA ladies. Former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly supported Erika amid criticism and remarked that challenging the narrative about Charlie's murder — which Erika has criticized — is not unusual. She has also received support and words of encouragement from other MAGA ladies.

Lara Trump asked people to stop spreading conspiracies about Erika
Lara Trump, who is married to Eric Trump, voiced support for Erika Kirk after Kirk faced accusations of orchestrating her husband Charlie's death.
Lara urged people to stop spreading conspiracies regarding Erika. On her podcast The Right View, Trump said, "I think some of the things that have been said about [Erika Kirk] are just horrific. And I apologized to her for just all of the straight garbage that she has had to deal with."
She added, "I cannot believe that there are people out there who try to come up with some crazy concocted way that she had some hand in her husband's cold-blooded murder. I think it's disgusting." According to reports, Lara Trump was not the only prominent conservative woman to express support for Erika Kirk.
Melania Trump shared words of encouragement after Charlie's death
The First Lady is known for speaking her mind, and she did the same after Charlie Kirk's death. Melania Trump posted on X, offering words of encouragement to Erika Kirk and her children.
Melania Trump wrote, "Charlie's children will be raised with stories instead of memories, photographs instead of laughter, and silence where their father's voice should have echoed. Charlie Kirk's life should serve as a symbolic reminder that compassionate awareness elevates family, love, and country."

Not just Lara Trump and Melania Trump, another MAGA lady also expressed her support for Erika. Kathryn Limbaugh, the wife of the late Rush Limbaugh, a Republican host, praised Kirk for raising her family after Charlie's death, while also focusing on her husband's mission. She said, "Anyone who criticizes Erika for how she grieves or how she moves forward should pause and think for a minute about the humanity of that."
Erika Kirk, born Erika Frantzve, grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, with her mother after her parents separated. She pursued a political science degree in college and was a short-term NCAA basketball player. In 2012, she was crowned Miss Arizona USA, per Vanity Fair.
