Christian Haack is reflecting on the ups and downs of life one week after Flip or Flop aired its finale episode.

On March 24, the star posted a photo of her two sons on Instagram and explained how being a mom to her kids β€” she shares son Brayden, 6, and daughter Taylor, 11, with ex Tarek El Moussa, as well as 2-year-old son Hudson with ex Ant Anstead β€” keeps her spirits lifted even during tough times.

"These two 😍. I am so impressed with what an amazing big brother Brayden has become. I’m not just saying it, I really am. He asked to share a room with Hudson and they have been loving bunk bed life," she gushed. "Life post divorce can be very complicated but love for my children and their love for each other never is. 🀍."

The gorgeous photo showed her two little guys sitting outside on the curb in a cute embrace.

The Christina on the Coast star and El Moussa filed for divorce in 2017, and later that year, she began dating Anstead. They tied the knot in 2018 but split two years later. She revealed in 2021 that she was dating realtor Joshua Hall, and they've been engaged since September.

Having her personal life play out in the press and on TV hasn't been easy, but she told PEOPLE that just being with her family is what's most important. Said the blonde beauty, "I'm focusing on keeping our private life more private and just enjoying our time together and just being positive."

Coparenting with two exes "can be difficult," she's admitted, "but at the end of the day, the kids love to see all of us together all the time. So, that's what works," she explained. "There's no big secret. It's just whatever's best for the kids is just what works for everybody."

Things didn't even change much during the pandemic since she and El Moussa communicate well. "I went over there and showed them how we were doing homeschool because I had them the first few days," she recalled. "We just make sure we're helpful with each other."
