Taking the stage! Carrie Underwood proved live music is back and better than ever when for the time first time ever, she and singer David Bisbal performed their bilingual duet "Tears of Gold" at the April 15 Latin Music Awards. Their song was also nominated for favorite video, though Selena Gomez's "De Una Vez" took home the honor.

The mom-of-two dressed in a black top with bell sleeves and leather pants while practicing at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla., the day before the show.
"It’s been so amazing, everyone’s been very welcoming and I’m so excited to be here," she told reporters.
The pair were all smiles on the red carpet during rehearsal day.
"I am very proud of our first collaboration. The video was shot in Los Angeles and it was very special because I love Carrie and truly admire her courage," Bisbal shared last year. "She has shown a profound admiration for the Spanish language with her wonderful vocals on the track and I am honored to collaborate with Carrie on her first bilingual Spanish song."
Showstopper! The American Idol alum turned heads before the awards show, wearing a fiery Iris van Herpen gown. The off-the-shoulder ombre frock featured a cut-out near the waist and ruffled detailing.
Her long blonde locks were styled in loose waves and she kept her accessories to a minimum, simply wearing a pair of black ankle-strap heels, a gold hand chain and gold earrings.
Lights, camera, action! For the live performance, Underwood slipped into a black outfit with thigh-high boots and added a shimmering gold one-shoulder cape that also wrapped around her neck.
"I knew it needed a powerful voice," Bisbal explained of his track. "That’s why we got in touch with Carrie’s team. She said yes from the very beginning and I’m very grateful for that. In fact, it was her idea to sing some of her parts in Spanish."
"What a fun night!" she gushed on Instagram after the show.
