Christian Siriano hosted his official NYFW afterparty at Fig & Olive's Flagship Meatpacking location with special guests Busy Philipps, Alicia Silverstone and Leah McSweeney.

The Dawson's Creek alum sported a snakeskin jumpsuit for the occasion.
