After a two-year hiatus, the season 7 premiere of Bachelor in Paradise is now just one month away — and contestant Joe Amabile (best known to fans as "Grocery Store Joe") promised that the new episodes are well worth the wait!

Amabile, who was on Becca Kufrin's season of The Bachelorette in 2018, appeared on season 5 of BiP and found love with Kendall Long, but not long after moving in together, they split. Now, he's back to try and find love once again, but he admitted that this stint on the beach is much different than his last.

"I forgot all of what Paradise is about. It is a wild ride in this season. [It] is insane, it really is," he shared on the podcast "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation." "It almost was like every day got more and more intense."

Since Chris Harrison is no longer with the franchise, BiP bartender Wells Adams will not only reprise his role, but he will also lead the rose ceremonies.

The series is also expecting a bunch of guest stars — like David Spade and Lil Jon – to act as interim hosts.

"In my opinion, Wells should be the full-time host. He did a great job," added Amabile. "It was very important for me that he was there because I had somebody that, you know, has experience and I was able to go and talk to Wells a lot and he always makes me laugh.”

Joining the grocer on the beach will be a few notables from Matt James' season of the Bachelor, such as Abigail Heringer, Serena Pitt and Victoria Larson.

In addition, Tayshia Adams' cast offs Noah Erb and Ivan Hall will be there, as will Peter Weber's third runner-up Kelsey Weir.

"The drinks are bad, the advice is worse, but the bar is open," Adams quipped to Us Weekly. "There are some twists and turns that I was shocked by, and I never thought would ever happen on the show. And I think people are really, really going to love this season."
