After Missing Met Gala, Timothée Chalamet Treats Kylie Jenner to Knicks Game Date Night
After the 2026 Met Gala and the Knicks Game 1 coincided on the same day, Timothée Chalamet ditched his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, to be at Madison Square Garden.
While he was spotted enjoying his game, Jenner posed on the red carpet with her sister, Kendall Jenner, and NBA star Russell Westbrook.
However, for Game 2, which took place on Wednesday, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were spotted sitting courtside at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
As the playoff took place between the New York Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers, the couple appeared to be enjoying their date night.

Kylie Jenner accompanied Timothée Chalamet for Knicks Game 2
Appearing on the courtside on Wednesday, May 6, for the New York Knicks vs. Philadelphia 76ers Game 2, reality star Kylie Jenner and Oscar nominee Timothée Chalamet enjoyed a stylish date night.
The couple attended the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals and were photographed sitting courtside. The duo appeared in matching outfits, wearing denim jeans with bright orange jackets to support the Knicks.
Both Jenner and Chalamet looked relaxed and happy throughout the game, and at one moment, they even shared a sweet kiss while watching the action on the court.
Later, they were seen talking with Jenner’s longtime friend Jordyn Woods. Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were first linked in April 2023 and since then they have been going strong.
Although there were rumors of break-up and lack of compatibility between the duo, the couple has continued to prove people wrong with their public appearances and budding romance.
New York Knicks Beat Philadelphia 76ers 108-102 in Game 2
Unlike Game 1, which took place on May 4, where the New York Knicks won easily by 39 points, Game 2 was much closer.
The Philadelphia 76ers played hard even without injured star Joel Embiid, who missed the game because of ankle and hip injuries. According to the NY Times, the game stayed tight until the final minutes of the fourth quarter.
However, Jalen Brunson eventually stepped in and scored 26 points as the Knicks defeated the 76ers 108-102 on Wednesday night to take a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Brunson stepped up the game for the Knicks, scoring eight points in the last quarter to help the team pull away.
Tyrese Maxey also scored 26 points for Philadelphia and tried to keep his team in the game. However, the 76ers struggled with mistakes and finished with 18 turnovers.
The series will now move to Philadelphia for Game 3 on Friday.
Before their coordinated appearance at Madison Square Garden, the couple was spotted enjoying a more low-key date night on Broadway. On Sunday evening, just 24 hours before the Met Gala, Jenner and Chalamet were seen sneaking into the James Earl Jones Theatre to catch a performance of The Fear of 13.
While Jenner opted for a minimalist beige trench coat and chic cat-eye sunglasses, Chalamet kept it casual in his signature sporty aesthetic.
The theater outing served as a quiet prelude to a busy week in New York, proving that despite Chalamet's decision to choose the Knicks over the red carpet the following night, the pair is still finding plenty of time for intimate moments away from the cameras.
