Actress Yara Shahidi stopped by Good Morning America to discuss the upcoming season of the Freeform series Grown-ish, and her recent graduation from Harvard University.

Outside of her work on the Grown-ish and Black-ish series, the actress has earned the reputation of being a style icon. The Ivy League graduate wore a sheer button-down dress underneath a blue blazer dress with white detailing. The star has gained recognition for her sense of fashion through a brand partnership with Dior and her stylist Jason Bolden. Bolden has been working with the Hollywood starlet since her teen years, helping to curate outfits that are youthful, trendy and sophisticated. The celebrity stylist's work with Shahidi was documented on the Netflix series Styling Hollywood.

Along with inspiring the personal style of fans, she is best known for being a part of the ish franchise since 2014. Shahidi was only 14 years old when she began her role of Zoey Johnson on the ABC sitcom. After transitioning her role into college, Johnson became the focal point of the coming-of-age spin-off.

During the upcoming season, she is once again co-starring alongside Black-ish actor Marcus Scribner whose role as Junior will now be carried into the fifth season of the Freeform show. Although the Blackish series, which birthed both the Mixedish and Grownish spinoffs, aired their final episode earlier this year, fans can continue to follow both Zoey (Shahidi) and Junior(Scribner)'s transitions into the adult world.

While we all wait to see what is next in the upcoming season, we can take a few style cues from Shahidi.
