Insiders revealed that the singer is tightening privacy around her nuptial ceremony.
Their wedding details are allegedly leaking frequently, and the situation is apparently frustrating Swift and Kelce.
The couple is thus reevaluating key plans surrounding guest access and strict invite rules ahead of their special day.

According to Star Magazine, the couple's rumored July 3 wedding plans have created tension behind the scenes.
After their August 2025 engagement, the duo began planning their wedding. However, as private details and plans began leaking, it reportedly left the couple stressed.
A source told the outlet, “All the leaks that have happened so far have been incredibly disheartening... They’ve had to change venues and dates. It’s been such a monstrous headache, but even worse, it has left Taylor feeling very vulnerable. There are a lot of questions about who to trust.”
The insider alleged that multiple venue and date changes have already taken place because of the leaks. So far, reports suggest that suspicion fell on Kelce’s inner circle.
HeatWorld reported that people close to the NFL star may have unknowingly leaked the couple's private plans, leading to Kelce tackling the situation.
Entertainment journalist Rob Shuter has reported about the secrecy surrounding Swift's wedding.
Through his Naughty But Nice newsletter, Shuter noted that the pop star commissioned six wedding dresses, just to conceal the real look until the ceremony. Every designer involved had to reportedly sign non-disclosure agreements.
'She Doesn’t Want to See Random Faces'
Meanwhile, the constant leaks have led Swift to become more cautious about the wedding guest list.
Speaking with Star Magazine, the insider confirmed that only close friends and family have been invited to the celebration, because Swift isn't willing to look at unfamiliar faces on her special day.
“People are used to being automatically given a plus one to a wedding, but that’s not the case for this wedding, and that is purely because of Taylor’s desire for privacy,” the source stated.
“She doesn’t want to see random faces in the crowd when she’s having her most intimate moment with her husband,” the insider further added.
However, this no-plus-one rule has led one guest to indicate they will skip the ceremony. The unnamed guest told Daily Mail, “My invite did not let me bring a plus one. I don’t think I am going to attend because I don’t want to go by myself.”
Therefore, sources agreed that the wedding is being “orchestrated like a military operation -- hard choices need to be made, and if that upsets people, so be it.”
