Unpaid Dues

At least five separate contractors and subcontractors related to Blake and Reynolds' property are yet to be paid, and their total debt amounts to more than $2.1 million, according to Westchester County filings obtained by the Daily Mail.

Moreover, several local workers have placed mechanic liens on the estate. This happens when a worker claims they did not get paid for their labor or materials.

A company called FlowCon Inc., also known as Flower Construction, is reportedly owed a lot of money.

The papers say that FlowCon Inc. wants "more than $1.35 million in alleged unpaid fees" as they allegedly did not get paid for the work they did. This is more than half of the total debt.

FlowCon Inc. was in charge of jobs related to the property. It reportedly took care of things like plumbing and electrical work, while also being responsible for custom wood details of the property.

Other smaller workers are also demanding cash for roofing, drainage and building a separate gym structure.

Construction on the property started years ago, but was suddenly paused in late 2025. It is not clear why the work halted, but it appears that the workers walked off as they were not getting paid.

Currently, records show that Lively has not yet taken steps to settle these major debts.

The 110-acre estate, which Blake called "heaven" and "the most beautiful place in the world," was purchased by the couple in 2018.

Following this, Baldoni filed a massive $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively, claiming she "destroyed his reputation."

Lively responded, stating that Baldoni orchestrated a smear campaign against her. After years of legal drama and controversies, the court battle came to an end this month.

Just two weeks before their public trial was set to begin, both stars signed a private settlement agreement to close the case.

While the case has been closed and no money was exchanged directly, the fallout isn't totally over. According to reports, Lively is currently using a special California law to try to get Baldoni to pay for her legal fees.

Since there is no gag order preventing them from discussing the matter publicly, Baldoni can legally talk about the aftermath and possibly share further details whenever he decides, reports Star Magazine.
