Hillary Clinton ranked lowest among the first ladies with a net rating of -17, just below Melania. As per the report, 33 percent of voters rated Clinton "poor," while 11 percent called her "below average," largely due to her 2016 presidential election loss to current President Donald Trump.

While Clinton and Melania were the least popular, Jackie Kennedy, Rosalynn Carter, and Nancy Reagan earned positive ratings. They secured net rankings of +56, +32 and +25, respectively.

Michelle Obama topped the rankings, securing the number one spot. For a similar poll conducted to check the popularity of presidents, Donald Trump received a negative net rating of -20, with 48 percent of respondents rating him "poor" and another 6 percent calling him "below average."

Notably, Trump received the lowest ratings among the 20 presidents listed in the polls, with only 19 percent calling him "outstanding." While some may see bias in the votes, experts say that first lady ratings are heavily impacted by their husband's actions.

Melania Trump speaks during the recent 'Fostering the Future Summit.'

Melania Trump has struggled to win public favor, as her actions have often drawn disapproval from Americans. Recently, her speech at the 'Fostering the Future Summit' sparked outrage over a phrase that stood out negatively.

According to reports from the Irish Star, she referred to attendees as "human capital," while urging global leaders to harness their power "to empower your people, and to accelerate your economies."

The room held world leaders and heads of top tech companies like Google, OpenAI and Microsoft. The clip went viral on social media, with her use of the term "human capital" rubbing many the wrong way.

Social media users slammed Melania Trump's choice of words at the tech summit. One user wrote, "Never before have the words 'human capital' sounded so wrong coming from ONE individual, unless her 'husband' managed to say it." Another added, "Just what I want to hear. Another Epstein regular with a mic." A third chimed in, "Sounds like words Epstein would use. Seeing children for potential capital and not human beings."

A fourth user wrote, "How embarrassing that we have both a 'president' and a 'First Lady' who can't speak English!" The summit became a talking point not just for the controversial phrase, but also for Melania's "evil" remarks about a humanoid robot.
