On March 8, Lauren Conrad held a luncheon to celebrate all of the ladies who have made her The Little Market business a success. The Hills star's company "is a nonprofit founded by women to empower artisan women around the world," so it was only fitting that she had the event on International Women's Day!

The mom-of-two looked picture-perfect in a white sleeveless dress and tan sandals.
"At our event we had the absolute honor of presenting Dolores Huerta with The Little Market’s inaugural Changemaker Award," she shared on social media. "So much work went into making this such an [sic] beautiful event and I am so grateful to our Little Market team and my incredible co-founder @hannahskvarla."
Conrad added that The Little Market is "dedicated to the economic self-sufficiency of women and other underserved communities locally, nationally, and globally."
The American Idol alum rocked a black blazer on top of a tee and blush shorts.
"It’s been a long time since I’ve seen some of these women in the flesh.@elsamariecollins you are super! So inspiring with your give back nature & determination to make the world a more fair and just place," she gushed of attending the event. "Was happy to celebrate @thelittlemarket and all the good they are doing. And spring is HERE! My favorite time of year!"
The actress stepped out in a ladylike dress with puffed sleeves and white pointed-toe booties.

The star smiled away in a one-shoulder floral frock and baby pink heels.
"Incredible day yesterday celebrating #internationalwomensday and @thelittlemarket (highlight- not pictured meeting #doloreshuerta)," she captioned her Instagram photos. "Through #thelittlemarket work- women around the world have been provided with 1,000,000 hours of dignified work (and counting) Let’s continue to amplify their voices and their stories."
The Twilight star looked business chic in a blue suit by Veronica Beard. "I am inspired everyday by women across the globe and moved by the work and missions that drive them," she stated on March 8. "We can and we will."
The former Bachelorette lead kept it simple in a navy floral dress and nude heeled sandals.
"It’s truly a privilege to use your voice for those whose aren’t as loud," the actress captioned pictures from her day. "And it’s an honor to be surrounded by like minded women."
Santana wore a blush long-sleeved shirt and matching maxi skirt.
The mom-of-two wore a neutral-toned ensemble with a black turtleneck top and a maxi skirt that was white and tan.
