Jessica Biel Reportedly ‘Issued an Ultimatum’ to Justin Timberlake as Divorce Rumors Intensify

Rumors about Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel facing trouble in paradise have been around for years.

However, now it seems that things are actually falling apart for the couple, who have been married for 14 years.

Divorce rumors have grown louder since Timberlake's DWI arrest in June 2024 during his Forget Tomorrow tour.

While they have handled ups and downs before, insiders say this time feels different. With growing tension and public scrutiny, sources believe the end might be near.

Speaking with the Daily Mail, sources noted that Biel has reached her limit as far as her marriage to Timberlake is concerned.

According to reports, Biel “has issued an ultimatum,” because apparently there’s “not much more she can take” of her husband’s behavior.

Further justifying the reason behind Biel’s potential decision, sources noted that Timberlake is “rarely at home” and that the actress “does everything with the kids and she's sick of being publicly embarrassed.”

This embarrassment reportedly grew after Timberlake’s 2024 DWI arrest, followed by the resurfaced body cam footage that's currently making rounds on the internet, bringing fresh attention.

Sources revealed that Timberlake’s next mistake could push Biel to “pull the trigger.”

In the meantime, a clause from Biel and Timberlake’s prenup states that the actress would receive $500,000 if the singer cheated on her.

“When he proposed to Jessica she basically told him to settle down or she was out. She's not afraid to give him an ultimatum, but I don't see her leaving him anytime soon,” the sources told the media outlet.

However, one source seemingly downplayed the potential split, saying, “She will always stand by him... She kind of turns a cheek to everything.”

Meanwhile, despite the divorce rumors, Biel and Timberlake have built a long relationship over the years, marked by challenges and milestones.

In fact, amid the ups and downs, including a brief breakup and a short-lived photo scandal, the couple renewed their vows in 2025 and now share two sons.

It all started after their relationship first drew attention in January 2007.

Shortly after Timberlake’s split from Cameron Diaz, the singer was spotted snowboarding with Biel in Park City, Utah, thus sparking early dating rumors.

By May 2007, sources confirmed their romance, though the actress kept things private.

She later addressed her relationship with the NSYNC singer publicly in December 2008.

Later, the couple briefly split in March 2011 but reconciled later that year -- in November 2011 -- and got engaged in December.

Timberlake and Biel tied the knot in October 2012. Biel announced her first pregnancy by January 2015. In April 2015, their baby boy named Silas Randall was born.

Further, during the pandemic, in July 2020, they welcomed their second child, expanding their family. Naming him Phineas, Biel and Timberlake navigated parenthood for the second time.
