Jennifer Jacobs — the globally recognized fitness icon, former Peloton instructor, and creator of Beachbody’s Job1 — is back with a new venture: creating Ladder's Team Endure exclusive program.
"Team Endure is a progressive strength training program designed to sculpt a lean, defined body and build strength that lasts. It’s not a 4-week challenge or a 6-week shred, it’s training for life. The program runs in purposeful 6-week cycles that evolve to keep your body challenged, your mind engaged and your results progressing without burnout. Every workout is 30 minutes or less, using just dumbbells, and rooted in the principle that consistency beats intensity. Team Endure is for anyone ready to stop guessing, start training with intention, and build a body that’s not only strong but built to endure," Jacobs exclusively tells Morning Honey.
The program "follows a progressive training cycle focused on lean hypertrophy which is building strength without the bulk. Each 6-week cycle is designed to challenge your body in new ways while avoiding plateaus and burnout," she explains.
"The workouts are structured around a smart training split that targets every major muscle group, improves mobility and enhances overall endurance, all in 30 minutes or less, using just dumbbells. I created it after years of working with clients who felt stuck either doing too much cardio, bouncing between trendy workouts or burning out from chasing quick fixes. I wanted to create a program that felt effective, sustainable and elevated. Something that helps you train with purpose, not pressure. Team Endure is that balance: aesthetic goals, strength gains and longevity without sacrificing your time or sanity," she continues.
For Jacobs, this is her "most powerful program" yet because it proves that "20 minutes a day can change everything."
"It combined strength and cardio in a way that was accessible, efficient, and life-changing for so many people, but Team Endure is a different kind of powerful. This program is rooted purely in strength. It’s all about progressive overload, lean hypertrophy, and training, with the intention to build. It challenges you to go deeper into resistance training, to push for true muscle development, and to create strength that doesn’t just look good but lasts. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a long-game approach and mindset, which is why it’s my most powerful program yet," she shares.
Ultimately, the fitness guru's goal is to help as many people as she can, especially women, start training "for something real."
"They’re tired of doing random workouts, chasing calorie burn, or feeling like they have to choose between aesthetics and strength. I wanted to create a program that helps people train with intention, build lean muscle and feel strong in their bodies for the long haul. This isn’t about extremes or transformations with an expiration date. It’s about building a foundation that supports you now and decades from now. I wanted to give people a plan that grows with them and empowers them to endure," she notes, adding that this workout is different than others because it "takes the guesswork out of strength training."
"Endure gives you a clear, progressive plan that builds week over week so you’re not just working out, you’re training with purpose. A lot of programs throw together random circuits or prioritize sweat over strategy. This one is different. It’s structured to help you build lean muscle, avoid plateaus, and stay consistent without burnout. If you’re tired of guessing what to do next or spinning your wheels with trendy workouts that don’t deliver, Team Endure is your answer," she states.
"Each week follows a strategic split that is focused on strength, building lean muscle, mobility and recovery. You’ll rotate through full body, lower body, upper body and accessory work such as arms and abs, deep core and mobility with built-in progression. There’s variety, but also intention. We train smart. Every session is structured to be efficient, effective and easy to fit into your day all in 30 minutes or less."
Jacobs understands that most people don't have a lot of time in their day to devote to a workout.
"30 minutes is enough when you train with purpose. You don’t need more time, you need more intention. These sessions are designed to be efficient and effective, using principles of resistance training that maximize results in minimal time. I like to use the analogy of a dental cleaning. Usually, a dental appointment takes about an hour, but imagine if your dentist could do a thorough, effective cleaning in just 30 minutes. Would you question if your teeth were truly clean? No. You’d trust that the job was done well, just more efficiently. That’s exactly what Team Endure does. Each workout is designed to be focused and intentional, maximizing every minute to deliver real strength and muscle-building results without wasting your time. It proves you don’t need hours in the gym to get powerful, lasting results," she says, noting that the workout is dumbbell-only.
"Dumbbells are incredibly versatile and accessible, making them the perfect tool for effective strength training, whether you’re at home or in the gym. Using just dumbbells allows you to target every major muscle group, build stability, and control your movements without needing bulky machines or complex equipment. I wanted Team Endure to be simple and convenient, so anyone can train anywhere, anytime, without barriers. This approach keeps your workouts efficient, adaptable, and truly sustainable," she adds.
Jacobs is "especially proud" of Team Endure "because it represents the evolution of everything I’ve learned so far. It builds on the foundation laid by earlier programs like Job 1 but takes strength training to a deeper, more sustainable level," she notes. "What I’m most proud of is being able to deliver this program in a way that truly reflects training for life, not just a short-term fix, but a sustainable path to lifelong strength and confidence. It balances challenge with accessibility, empowering people to build lasting results without burnout or guesswork. That’s what makes it uniquely rewarding for me as a coach and creator."
She adds: "Strength training works because it builds more than just muscle, it builds resilience, confidence, and longevity. Physically, it improves bone density, metabolism, posture and overall function, helping you move better and feel stronger every day. Mentally, it teaches discipline and consistency, which carry over into all areas of life. Especially for women, strength training is empowering; it shifts the focus from simply burning calories to building a body that supports you now and in the future. When you train with intention and progression, strength training creates lasting, meaningful change."
Jacobs feels like she is "coming home" to Ladder, which "has always shared my vision of combining science-backed programming with a personal touch."
"I’m proud to be part of a platform that values both expert guidance and accessibility — but Ladder is more than just a fitness app, it’s the future of fitness, evolving into a full wellness experience. With features that help people connect, track progress and gamify their workouts, Ladder keeps motivation high and makes training fun and engaging. This forward-thinking approach aligns perfectly with my philosophy of delivering purposeful, effective workouts that fit real life. I believe this is exactly where the fitness industry is heading: toward smart, sustainable training that builds both strength and community. I’m here to help build Ladder’s strongest community yet," she states.
She concludes, "I’m excited to keep creating programs that break down barriers and make strength training approachable and enjoyable, especially for women. I also want to deepen the connection between fitness and longevity, helping people train smarter today to live healthier, stronger lives decades from now."
