'I Know Exactly Where to Bomb': Man Arrested Over Shocking Death Threats Aimed at Erika Kirk Ahead of TPUSA Event
A 26-year-old man accused of threatening Erika Kirk -- the CEO of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) who took the helm following the fatal shooting of her husband, Charlie Kirk, in September 2025 -- has been arrested.
The man, identified as Jacob Wenske, allegedly threatened to bomb a TPUSA event scheduled to commence on June 5 in San Antonio.
Authorities revealed that Wenske had threatened to kill Erika ahead of her visit to the Alamo City next week.
However, he was arrested before causing any harm and has now been charged with two felony counts, carrying the possibility of a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
'Death to Erika Kirk'
Jacob Wenske has been arrested for allegedly making death threats against Erika Kirk.
According to reports obtained from the San Antonio Express-News, Wenske allegedly posted threatening comments on Facebook and sent emails targeting Erika ahead of the TPUSA event.
While she previously avoided accompanying Vice President JD Vance at an event in April due to serious security concerns, Erika is expected to attend the upcoming event.
The TPUSA CEO is scheduled to appear at the organization's Women’s Leadership Summit, scheduled for June 5 to 7 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk.
According to court records, Wenske shared a Facebook post in April, allegedly stating, “I know exactly where to bomb. I can’t wait to be the valet for her escort.”
Upon thorough investigation, it was found that he previously provided valet services at hotels and special events, leading law enforcement to classify his threats as "not isolated or ambiguous.”
Meanwhile, investigators said a review of Wenske’s Facebook activity showed “ongoing violent hostility toward Turning Point-affiliated persons and supporters, including death-approval statements, encouragement of harm toward ideological opponents, and repeated hostile engagement across multiple public threads.”
Further, authorities also linked him to a January 2026 email that allegedly stated, “Death to Erika Kirk and every single speaker there!!” and “America will live on without those sc*m on this earth. Every Christian nationalist shall perish in the bombing that will take place at every single Turning Point rally and event.”
Although authorities have arrested the 26-year-old after confirming the threatening comments made through the Facebook account that belonged to him, officials have increased security measures for the summit.
The extra caution comes following a pattern of repeated hostile and threatening posts made against people associated with or supportive of TPUSA.
Jacob Wenske Faces Two Felony Counts
The San Antonio Police Department arrested Wenske on Thursday, May 28.
He was charged with two felony counts of making a terroristic threat causing public fear of serious bodily injury, according to officials.
Court documents obtained by KSAT Investigates show that Wenske is accused of making threats that caused concern about potential violence.
Police said the charges are classified as third-degree felonies in Texas.
If convicted, Wenske could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
As of now, he has been booked into the Bexar County jail following his arrest.
Records show his bond has been set at a combined $120,000.
Authorities have not released additional details about the ongoing investigation but said the case remains active as legal proceedings move forward.
