Dwayne Johnson praises Emily Blunt during Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.

Before the unexpected encounter with the police, the wrestler-turned-actor shared heartfelt words while honoring his two-time co-star Emily Blunt at her Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.

Johnson and Blunt shared the screen in the 2021 film Jungle Cruise and later reunited for The Smashing Machine in 2025.

Having co-starred in two films with each other, Johnson spoke about Blunt at the event alongside stars like Meryl Streep and Matt Damon, praising the Fall Guy star's personality and outlook on life.

According to Page Six, Johnson said, “Every single day, knowing Emily, as many of us do, that is one grateful woman who will wake up feet on the ground, being grateful about every moment.”

The actor continued, “I feel like when you’re grateful about every moment, that then leads to the thing I think we all look for, which is joy and peace of mind, and those are all the things I think that make up Emily and so much more.”

Following the tribute, Blunt responded to the praises showered upon her.

“It’s very difficult to sum up how meaningful this is to me and the juggernaut that showed up to speak about me has just blown my hair back,” she said, according to People.

“You guys and the great loves of my life, who are all here have made life such a deep privilege,” she added.
