Who Is Natalie Harp? Woman Staffer Behind Trump's Viral Late-Night Truth Social Rants
Almost everyone is aware of President Donald Trump's signature late-night Truth Social posts, which often target his political opponents and critics.
However, what many not be knowing is the fact that Natalie Harp, a 34-year-old social media executive, has played a significant role in managing the president's Truth Social account.
Harp reportedly compiles content for Trump's approval and posts them on his behalf after business hours.
How Natalie Harp Manages Donald Trump's Truth Social Activity
A conservative commentator reacts to reports that say Donald Trump's Truth Social account is handled by a staffer.
According to a report by The Wall Street Journal, Harp helped reshape Trump’s social media activity.
She compiles screenshots, memes, praise posts and other content from Make America Great Again (MAGA) commentators across various platforms, then presents the material to Trump in printed format for his approval.
Once Trump gives the green light, she logs into his Truth Social account after her regular work hours to post on his behalf.
People familiar with the process said Trump signs off on all content posted to his account.
Although Harp is usually the one on posting duties, Trump himself does the honors at times.
The report further mentioned that under Trump's direction, Harp posted an image depicting former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama as apes.
The post drew significant backlash from the public, following which it was taken down.
Other notable posts attributed to the account include an AI-generated image of Trump , a post calling House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries "Low IQ" and a "THUG" on May 1, and an image depicting Trump as a religious leader.
The account also regularly features posts on immigration, crime, culture and the 2020 election, as well as imagery depicting Trump favorably and his political opponents critically.
Some White House Officials Are 'Frustrated' With Natalie Harp
White House Communications Director Steven Cheung said in a statement, according to The Wall Street Journal, that Truth Social "has never been hotter," attributing the platform's performance to Trump's "unfiltered and direct thoughts" reaching the American public directly. "
"We don't discuss internal deliberations of how the process works, but no other social-media tool has been more effective than Truth," Cheung stated.
However, the report also states that Harp's approach have left some White House officials “frustrated.”
The officials reportedly said that she does not typically share draft posts with the chief of staff's office, communications aides or national security officials, and has allegedly told others that she works for Trump and takes direction only from him.
