Photographs from the White House arrival ceremony for King Charles III and Queen Camilla showed visible discoloration on President Donald Trump's hands, reviving public speculation about his health that has circulated since 2025.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt has previously attributed the bruising to Trump's frequent handshaking, describing him as a "man of the people."

New Donald Trump Pictures Spark Health Concerns

Speculations of bruises on Trump's hands have circulated on the internet for quite some time now.

Discussions regarding the same gained traction yet again after the president recently welcomed Charles and Camilla at the White House.

Independent journalist Aaron Rupar shared an image on X showing discoloration on Trump's left hand during the ceremony.

"Trump's right hand has been in bad shape for a long time now, but this picture taken today shows discoloration on the back of his left hand," Rupar wrote.

Independent journalist Aaron Rupar says Donald Trump's left hand shows 'discoloration.'

Rupar had also posted on April 24 noting that Trump appeared to keep the back of his right hand out of the camera's view, though discoloration remained visible.

On April 26, he wrote that "the discolored area on the back of Trump's right hand seems to be getting larger and approaching his fingers."

Leavitt said at a recent White House press conference that Trump's bruising results from constant activity.

"President Trump has bruises on his hand because he's constantly working and shaking hands all day, every day," she said.

Earlier this year, concern also arose when Trump's hand was visibly bruised after he clipped it on a table at the World Economic Forum.

'He's Getting IV Drugs'

The images shared by Rupar quickly went viral and drew varied responses online.

One user wrote, "He's getting IV drugs. 100%. What kind is the question. A White House reporter should just ask him that question. What kind of IV drug therapy are you taking?"

A second user commented, “W** is going on with him? His buddies probably tell him how great he looks.”

Another commented, “Trump has that unique condition of both rotting from the inside out and rotting from the outside in. It's like that pumpkin you left out in the summer sun which is all shriveled and has bugs all over it. When you open it up, MAGAts! Eww.”

An individual stated, “Get your disgusting, smelly hands off the King. Don't touch him. Charles should have pulled away or smacked his hand.”

Others suggested that the bruising was consistent with aging.

One user wrote, "It's called getting older I am 63 and if you pump your hand arm etc it will bruise."

Addressing Rupar, one user commented, "Starting to wonder if you have a hand fetish, Aaron."

Another stated, "This is what Aaron does 80 hours a week. Good grief."
