Latest reports state, he is staying in staff accommodations at an upscale chalet.
Accroding to RadarOnline, Ferguson departed the UK discreetly after her connections with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein were publicly exposed. Sarah had emailed Epstein multiple times, asking for financial help and also called him her 'brother'. The late convicted s-- offender passed away in prison in 2019.
The ex-royal was living at Royal Lodge in Windsor alongside Prince Andrew. According to sources, Ferguson's move coincided with Andrew's transition to a temporary home.
An observer familiar with the situation revealed the reality behind Ferguson's stay. They added, "From the outside, it looks like she is staying in one of the resort's most exclusive chalets, but the reality is far more modest. There is a growing belief that she is actually based in staff accommodation, which would explain how she is managing to remain there without the kind of expense people would expect."

Insiders, familiar with Ferguson, according to the publication, have revealed that her current living situation is influenced by financial limitations.
An insider revealed, "There is a wide perception that she is simply too broke to have the resources to sustain a $3,000-a-night lifestyle for any length of time. Living in staff quarters would allow her to maintain a presence at the resort while keeping costs under control, particularly as scrutiny around her circumstances intensifies."
Another source mentioned that Ferguson's decision indicates a desire to maintain a low profile. "This is not just about finances – it is about disappearing from view at a moment when attention on her is at its highest. Staying somewhere discreet, even if it means more basic accommodation, helps her avoid the kind of visibility that would come with a more conventional luxury stay", they said.
The former duchess’s decision has allegedly created unease among royal circles. A source disclosed, "Andrew helped handle Sarah's relocation, effectively arranging for her to be moved under the radar before she left the country, and it has caused real discomfort among the royals."
It was also reported that Ferguson was residing in residences belonging to affluent friends, including a house in Los Angeles associated with Priscilla Presley, before she arrived in Austria.
Reports indicate that Andrew and their daughters have refused to house Ferguson.

Ferguson and ex-Prince Andrew have lived at Royal Lodge since the 2000s. Andrew later relocated to Sandringham, where he was taken into custody in February on suspicion of improper conduct in public office. According to a Mandatory report, sources have also informed that Princess Eugenie and her husband are hesitant to let Ferguson live with them.
