Jimmy Kimmel is under the spotlight yet again over a joke he made about Rudy Giuliani days before the former New York City mayor's hospitalization.
‘Rose From the Grave’: Jimmy Kimmel Mocked Rudy Giuliani Days Before Latter's Hospitalization
Jimmy Kimmel mocked former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani on a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! after Giuliani criticized him in a podcast, days before the latter was hospitalized in a critical but stable condition for an unspecified ailment.
The comes more than a week after the late-night host faced heavy backlash over a "widow" joke he made on First Lady Melania Trump days before the White House Correspondents' Association (WHCA) dinner shooting incident.
'I Have to Say It Hurts..'

During a recent episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the television host addressed comments Giuliani made about him on a podcast.
"So last night, America's mayor, Rudy Giuliani, rose from the grave to weigh in on the ongoing drama involving me," Kimmel said in his monologue.
The former New York City mayor's remarks against Kimmel came in the aftermath of the latter's recent public feud with President Donald Trump and Melania, who had called for the late-night host's firing.
Kimmel played a clip of Giuliani calling him "one of the most distasteful human beings in this country."
Responding to this, Kimmel said, "I have to say it hurts to be called distasteful by a man who farted his own pants off in front of Borat's daughter."
Giuliani also called Kimmel "an incompetent jack*ss" in the podcast, to which the late-night host said, "I have to say, it's confusing to be called an incompetent jack*ss by a man who accidentally held a press conference outside a d*ldo store."
Kimmel concluded his monologue by asking, "Do you think — does this man have any family members who can come get him already?"

In a recent livestreamed podcast episode, Giuliani slammed Kimmel's mock WHCA dinner monologue, including the television host's joke that the first lady had the glow of "an expectant widow."
"Kimmel was making believe that he was hosting the White House Correspondents' Dinner, which I think he did once, I don't know. Probably once... and about four people probably watched it. This is supposed to be a comedian," Giuliani said.
Shortly after Kimmel's monologue aired, Giuliani, 81, was hospitalized in a critical but stable condition on Sunday, May 3.
According to the New York Post, a statement released by Giuliani's spokesperson read, “Mayor Rudy Giuliani is currently in the hospital, where he remains in critical but stable condition. Mayor Giuliani is a fighter who has faced every challenge in his life with unwavering strength, and he’s fighting with that same level of strength as we speak. We do ask that you join us in prayer for America’s Mayor – Rudy Giuliani.”
