Jenner also complained about the turbulence in the plane at one point in the video.

In another instance, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star could be heard saying, “This trip was very last-minute, I'm literally going for like 24 hours."

Jenner wore a sleeveless black top along with matching pants. The overlay text of the video read, “24 hours in NYC.”

The video, shared on Sunday, May 10, garnered a whopping 10.3 million views.

However, the video also garnered heavy backlash as some TikTok users felt that Jenner's actions were detrimental to the climate and that she was allegedly acting too privileged.

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet recently appeared together during a New York Knicks game.

One TikTok user commented, “Does anyone else feel like this is too much? Taking a private plane to visit a city for less than 24 hours to go on a date? I thought we cared about the climate, but yet everyone is cheering in the comments."

An individual wrote, “This is painfully out of touch," while another stated, “Imagine using a plane like a taxi."

An individual added, “I find it so weird how billionaires can just live knowing how [expletive] the world is lol."

However, some users countered that instead of criticizing Jenner, individuals should avoid using products from big corporations which are equally harmful for the environment.

A comment read, “You may have a point. However, the amount of corporations that cause much, much, much more damage to our climate and nobody says anything about them or boycotts them. We don’t need to continuously buy garbage from Amazon, TikTok shop, Target, etc. We need to put our money where our mouth is and sadly we don’t. We’re busy consuming.”

Agreeing to the comment, an individual wrote, “This! People like to complain, but what exactly are they doing for the environment? Supporting big corporations also adds to the cause. No one is innocent, including us, unfortunately."

One user came out in support of the Kylie Cosmetics owner and wrote, “Put action behind your words and not by leaving comments on Kylie’s page putting lip gloss on."

“We can start by not supporting both out-of-touch celebs AND the corps. And stop deflecting responsibility of each one when they’re being addressed directly. We need first-hand accountability, not an attention shift in these moments," another user stated.

Meanwhile, according to Entertainment Weekly, Jenner was recently sued by two of her former housekeepers.

The former staff members, namely Angelica Vasquez and Juana Delgado Soto, alleged a hostile work environment and racial discrimination as well as humiliation on the basis of their caste and accent.
