Meghan Trainor's "Ozempic neck" is jarring in some of her recent pictures.
Meghan Trainor's 'Ozempic Neck' Is on Full Display in Recent Photos and the Internet Has Thoughts
Like many other Hollywood celebrities, Meghan Trainor has undergone a drastic physical transformation and drawing attention for what many have described as an Ozempic-related transformation. However, she did not shy away from admitting that she resorted to weight loss medications to lose weight with an Instagram post on March 31, 2025, after her appearance at the Billboard Women in Music.
However, even apart from that, her visibly changed neck in recent photos suggested the medication played a significant role in her weight loss.
Trainor confirmed she used GLP-1 medication following the birth of her second child, saying that she got the help of a “dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising,” and used “science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy."
According to reports, the singer and her husband, Daryl Sabara, also discussed going on Mounjaro together after hearing about it from their friends. However, recent photos showed what observers have described as Trainor's "Ozempic neck" prominently on display, a term used to describe the hollow, loose appearance of the neck that can result when skin does not adjust quickly enough to rapid weight loss.

Trainor's physical transformation was on full display at the Los Angeles premiere of The Paper. However, it was her “Ozempic neck” that commanded all the attention.
Not only did her physique become much leaner, but her neck also appeared extremely thin, which might serve as a subtle warning to anyone planning to take weight-loss medication, in case they do not wish for their neck to appear too hollow. Some observers suggested the neckline of her outfit drew additional attention to the visible changes.
Meghan Trainor cannot Escape The Ozempic Face
Meghan's "Ozempic neck" continued to be prominent in the look.
The Ozempic Neck Becomes More Prominent in The Close-Up Shots
Meghan Trainor's "Ozempic neck" becomes even more noticeable in the close-up shot
The close-up pictures shared by the Made You Look hitmaker make the “Ozempic neck” even more jarring. The above picture, which was shared by Meghan Trainor on November 8, 2025, draws attention to the hollowness in her neck and the protruding neck bones.
Reports suggest GLP-1 can cause weight loss that occurs faster than the skin can naturally adapt, which leaves behind a deflated exterior that no choker, necklace, or any neck accessories can completely hide.
Meghan Trainor became confident with adapting to her "Ozempic face."
Almost a year after the onset of her medication, Trainor became more open about displaying her post-medication transformation. Like in this instance, while the No singer is confidently posing for a photoshoot in a shimmery, bold, sleeveless red dress, her “Ozempic neck” still refused to leave her.
The changes to her neck, including visible bone structure, remained prominent in the images.
