Kim Kardashian has created a name for herself as a reality television personality and businesswoman. However, aside from her professional pursuits, Kardashian is known for her controversial curves. As much as the public might not be huge fans of the law apprentice, Kardashian is transparent — especially when it comes to her love of fitness, balancing her career with motherhood and eating healthy. The mom-of-four leans on personal trainer Melissa Alcantara to create intense routines and help her maintain a toned core, perky butt and defined arms. According to Women's Health, the SKIMS founder has a strength training-focused routine with minimal cardio. Followers can see videos on Alcantara's social media of her performing weighted squats, deadlifts, lunges, planks and more body-sculpting moves. Kardashian is oftentimes seen on social media following a similar routine.

Alcantara's muscle-building exercises can be practiced at home by following some of her tips shared in Fit Gurl: The Total-Body Turnaround Program. The fitness guide promises to transform your body — and many of the moves are similar to what the trainer shares with her celebrity clientele.
