Coral Springs Police Chief Brad Mock confirmed at a press conference that officers found her deceased upon arrival and immediately put out a call for Stephen Bowen. Mock did not specify the cause of death but confirmed the case is being investigated as a domestic violence incident.
Bowen had fled to Plantation, but a license plate reader picked up a hit on his vehicle and tracked his location. The Broward County Sheriff's Office arrested him at a friend's office at the Landmark Towers apartment complex.
