During the episode, the 28-year-old revealed that she is in a much better place today, where she feels that her relationship with her late father is “no one’s business.”

The Let Down singer added that she does not feel that she owes anything to anyone on how she should remember her father.

Paris said, “There’s definitely a certain element where I felt I had to share everything, and I felt like I owed it to people because I do believe that is the impression I was given of like you owe this to us. That has drastically changed in the last few years. I don’t really feel like any of us owe anyone anything.”

Paris added that she was also expected to imitate how fans openly grieved Jackson upon his tragic demise on June 25, 2009.

Talking to Osbourne, the Gringo actress said, “But for me, like I had a personal relationship, not a para-social relationship. I can have my own personal relationship, and I’m allowed to be private about it, and I’m now like, my relationship is the most beautiful relationship ever.”

Paris, who was just 11 years old when she lost her father, told Osbourne that today, she is in a “very beautiful spot” when it comes to the relationship with her father.

The Eyelids singer said, “I love that, and it’s no one’s business, and I don’t have to share that with anybody. There’s a lot of freedom in that, which is really cool.”

Recalling Jackson as her best friend, she added, “But just yeah, I’m not going to express my love in a copycat way, copying someone that didn’t know him. Because I did. That was my best friend.”

Meanwhile, a New York Post report further revealed that Paris secured a huge legal win over Jackson’s estate after a Los Angeles judge ruled that third-party law firms must give back $625,000, which was paid to them as unauthorized bonuses.

The court sustained the American Horror Stories actress’ disapproval of the bonuses that were paid by executors John McClan and John Branca, who she alleged were taking advantage of their positions as the attorneys for the Jackson estate during late 2018.
