'Had to Turn Her Off': Trump Launches Brutal Attack on ‘Least Attractive' Fox News Host

President Donald Trump has grabbed headlines after he recently lashed out at a television host.

After Fox News host Jessica Tarlov spoke about the president’s plummeting poll numbers on air, the 79-year-old took to social media to criticize television personality.

Taking to his Truth Social account, Trump targeted Tarlov’s appearance and talent.

Diverting from the political discussion, the president called the journalist, “one of the Least Attractive and Talented People on all of Television.”

Tarlov found herself in the crosshairs of Trump after the former's comments on the president's decreasing popularity on live television.

During a discussion on The Five, Tarlov said that Trump’s approval rating has taken a hit and now stands at approximately 35 percent in most polls.

"He has a 35 percent approval rating in most polls. No Americans wanted the tariffs, they didn't want the war in Iran, and they don't want the ballroom," Tarlov said.

A recent Economist/YouGov poll appeared to support Tarlov's figures, finding that 38 percent of Americans approve of Trump's performance while 56 percent disapprove.

The same poll also found that the majority were against the Iran war.

In addition, it showed that the majority also disapproved of the way Trump handled tariffs.

However, Tarlov’s comments didn't sit well with the president.

Following the episode, Trump took to his Truth Social account to slam Tarlov.

“Her voice is so grating and terrible, I had to ‘turn her off!’ Her Democrat soundbites are FAKE. She makes up ‘Poll Numbers,’ and nobody challenges her, because she is so boring,” Trump wrote.

He then stated that he has “among the best Poll Numbers I have ever had, and why shouldn’t I, ALL THE COUNTRY DOES IS WIN.”

Following Trump's jibe, Tarlov responded strongly on X, saying that the poll numbers she shared on live television were real and not fake.

In addition, she also used the opportunity to promote her new book, I Disagree, which was released on September 15, 2025.

“Guess I’ll take this opportunity to mention that my numbers are far from fake - Trump really is that unpopular. And you can pre-order my book I Disagree as of today!!” Tarlov wrote.

Notably, Trump has previously directed personal criticism at other female journalists.

He used the words "stupid" and "incapable" to describe women reporters and referred to Bloomberg White House correspondent Catherine Lucey as "piggy" when she asked him about the Epstein files.

Trump has also made critical comments in public about several world leaders in recent months, including Pope Leo XIV, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
