Khloé Kardashian is continuing to expand the Kardashian empire and put her stake in the fashion industry with Good American. The denim brand prides itself on flatter, comfortable and size-inclusive fashion. What began as a denim company has evolved to include activewear, swimwear, shoes and more.
Now, Good American is not only growing to include more inclusive items, but the company is developing relationships with retailers such as Nordstrom, Revolve, and most recently, Zara. In a statement given to Vogue, Kardashian said, "I see both Good American and Zara as pioneers in fashion in their own right, each bringing more accessibility to the fashion industry. At Good American, our mission is to make our assortment of denim, ready-to-wear, shoes and more as inclusive as possible, finding ways to innovate in fabric and fit where other brands have not, so women feel empowered.”
The co-founder went on to say that “Zara is an expert in bringing trend-forward styles to people around the world at a more accessible price point.”
For fans of both Kardashian and Zara, this collaboration is the beginning of the Spanish retailer becoming size-inclusive. Currently, the retailer only carries sizes XS to XL and has limited garments in XXL. According to WWD, this limited edition collection will be available in 40 stores within the United States and will be available online. CEO and co-founder Emma Rede told the outlet: "It is really a big deal for Zara to do this and include larger sizes.”
The collection includes must-have dungarees in sizes zero to 30. Hopefully, the collaboration between the two brands will push the retailer to expand their sizes to match Good American's push for diversity in fashion.
