The 28-year-old Karoline Leavitt holds one of the high-profile positions in the Trump administration. Serving as the White House Press Secretary, she can be rightly viewed as the face of the administration. She served as the assistant press secretary during President Donald Trump’s first term before being promoted to the position in 2025. With a higher position came even greater scrutiny.

It was last year that Leavitt’s close-up snap, shot by photographer Christopher Anderson for a 2025 Vanity Fair feature, went viral. The photograph left many to speculate that she had undergone a cosmetic procedure, with some believing there were injection marks around her lips, which were noticeably plumper than in earlier appearances.
Months before the speculation surfaced, according to Radar Online, Dr. Raffi Hovsepian also predicted that Leavitt may have had “subtle filler” and “micro-botox” to achieve that look.

Kristi Noem also held a highly influential role in the Trump administration as the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security before being fired from the position last month. In an Instagram video, Dr Diana Ponsky also noted, “Before she started working for Trump, her pictures looked leaner ... she was aging in the upper face area, and she was starting to show neck lines in the lower face area.” She stated that over the last 10 years, especially since she began working for Trump, her appearance has changed markedly over that period.
The physician suggested that upper eyelid surgery, a brow lift, laser treatment and “lots of fillers” are the possible enhancements she may have undergone.

Even before she was appointed US Ambassador to Greece, she remained in the spotlight for her relationship with Donald Trump Jr. A comparison of Guilfoyle's photos over the years, it is quite evident that her lips are plumper and fuller than in the past years. Her eyes also appear to reflect the same cosmetic trend.
According to the Daily Mail, New York-based plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Kopelman suggested that the 57-year-old may have been using too much Botox, which could sometimes result in her asymmetrical look.
He explained, “Her cheeks and lips appear to have been augmented significantly, possibly crossing the line into ‘too much,’ which can make the results less natural.”
Apart from these, several other high-profile names, including Ivanka Trump, Laura Loomer, and Lara Trump, have also been subjected to similar speculation.
