Wedding planning can be a hassle, especially when you are fixated on finding the perfect venue to make your special day all the more memorable. A Florida-based influencer wanted to check out the venue at the Four Seasons hotel for her wedding date.

When she decided to drop by to catch a glimpse of the venue, the employee at the front desk of the hotel decided to escort her out. The influencer shared her disappointment online, detailing her disappointing experience ahead of her special day.

‘We Will Not Be Having Our Wedding Here’

Lindsay Taylor Krtausch, a Miami-based gym influencer, was taken aback when her wedding planning led to an extremely unpleasant scenario. She was browsing for different venues, where she would take her sacred vows, and the Four Seasons hotel was one of them.

An influencer shares her unpleasant experience at the Four Seasons hotel.

The content creator took to her TikTok, uploading a 13-second clip, and a caption that read, “do better @Four Seasons Hotels | I don’t recommend at all, wasn’t a fan of the lobby anyway & then the customer service sent me out the door.” In the video, she mentioned that she called the hotel, asking for a tour of the property.

The official on the other end of the phone agreed to her request, stating that the front desk will assist her and she can arrive anytime she wants to. However, when she visited the Four Seasons hotel, she was disappointed because she was kicked out.

Hrtausch mentioned that she felt a hostile attitude in the lobby when the employee at the front desk was “extremely rude and dismissive.” She added that she was “kicked out” before getting a tour of the location. She confirmed that she will not be getting married there.

The social media influencer was planning her own wedding, where she mentioned that she had called in advance, but was swiftly rejected. She stated that a “gentleman at the front desk” had refused to show her the venue.

She had closed the comments for the particular post, but she shared a post, giving a wedding venue tour of Greenhouse Miami Wedding.

‘This Is Not Your Real Four Seasons Experience’

While Lindsay Taylor Krtausch had turned off her comments, she was not the only person experiencing an off-putting service by the Four Season Hotel. Guests have left mixed responses on TripAdvisor about their stay in the lodging.

A user wrote, “On the second day, we reported a defect in our room, which remained unattended despite housekeeping confirming they'd look into it. A follow-up request went unanswered.”

Another user wrote, “I was checked into a room that was completely unclean — the toilet was in a disgusting condition, and the room was so messy…At checkout, instead of support or compensation, I was given additional charges.” Another user commented, “This is not your real Four Seasons experience! We expected a real luxe hotel with the glamour and chicness that has made the group famous. We were very disappointed.”

However, some travelers praised the luxury hotel for giving them a memorable stay. A user wrote, “Luxurious and roomy suite. Extra large bathroom with great amenities, including slippers, robes, lotions, etc. The only thing not working in the room was the scale.”

Another user added, “The hotel is fantastic with great amenities. The rooms are luxurious and reasonably priced."
