Old Music Video of Erika Kirk Resurfaces and Gets People Talking
Erika Kirk’s Old Music Video Clip Goes Viral—And the Internet Has Thoughts
Fans are revisiting an old music video of Erika Kirk, showing a different side of the conservative businesswoman. Before marrying Charlie Kirk, she had a brief acting stint and had a role in a country music video, reports the Irish Star.
The video dates back to July 2012, when she appeared as the main love interest in Emerson Drive's music video for their popular song 'She's My Kind of Crazy.'
Kirk is primarily seen as the protagonist of the music video, where she is seen letting loose as she parties through the Las Vegas strip, driving down Fremont Street, as well as getting married by an Elvis impersonator at a drive-through chapel. The video resurfaced after claims her security team advised her to not attend the Turning Point USA event for safety concerns.

Digging deep into the video, she showcased her bold side as she featured in low-rise denim shorts, a low-cut top, and also highlighted a “tramp stamp.” Over a decade later, many online reacted with surprise to think that she ever went through such a carefree phase of her life, especially concerning present circumstances, where she has become a controversial businesswoman.
A user commented on the official YouTube video, "She’s definitely crazy !!! Good call, Emerson Drive!! You knew she was crazy." Another critic wrote, "This is truly a turning point." One more comment read, "This is so creepy. They are trolling us so hard." The song got one thing right. She IS crazy," said another.

Another person talked about the lyrics, saying, "'She's my kind of ponytail pretty' [laughing emojis] Erika can't erase the internet!" The lyrics of the country song read, "She's got a butterfly tat / On the back of her you know where / I let her lie about why it landed there / It's what you get / For getting tipsy at the county fair / My baby's my kind of crazy / A million dollar smile / In a five hundred dollar car / She talks to Jesus / Every mornin' before it starts / Hates the way it drives / But loves the way it parks."
Besides featuring in country music, Kirk has also featured in television shows like Three Little Turkeys (2024), Review of the Day (1952), and season three of Bravo's hit reality series Summer House. Besides, she was also engaged in the pageant world and was even crowned Miss Arizona USA in 2012. In the same year, she participated in the Miss USA competition but wasn’t able to secure a position.
