Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk has grabbed the headlines yet again following an alleged rumor associating her with Jeffrey Epstein. This comes just 6 months after the assassination of her husband, Charlie Kirk.

The rumor originally began after an audio recording from Epstein’s old case files spread across social media this month. In the clip, a woman was heard arranging for underage girls to meet Epstein. Somehow, netizens thought that the woman sounded like Erika.

An X post accusing Erika Kirk of being associated with Jeffrey Epstein.

As the audio recording from the Epstein file spread across social media, netizens described it as “leaked Department of Justice (DOJ) wiretap audio” and claimed it featured Erika’s voice. People were quick to point out that the woman who sounded like Kirk seemed to arrange underage girls to meet the late sex offender.

In the clip, the woman can be heard telling a younger-sounding girl, “The more you do, the more you get paid.” This line was said in the context of the young girl asking about payment for engaging in Epstein's sexualized massages.

However, despite allegations, investigators have debunked social media claims about Erika being the woman in the audio file. According to the Palm Beach Police Department, the voice in the recording was identified as Haley Robson.

In addition, the audio clip was part of the evidence collected during the original investigation into Epstein’s activities in Florida. Therefore, it was not a secret government wiretap, nor was it “leaked” by the DOJ.

The audio was actually recorded by the police who were working directly with the young victim to investigate Epstein's case. So, as these confirmations gained traction on social media, the account that originally shared the message insisting that the voice was “undeniably Erika Kirk’s”, later shared an apology.

Who Is Haley Robson?

Meanwhile, as it has been revealed by the Palm Beach Police Department that the voice in the audiotape is actually that of Robson’s, people have found out that she has been publicly connected to Epstein’s case for years.

According to investigators, Epstein first targeted her when she was a high school student in Florida. Over time, Robson became a key figure in understanding how Epstein operated and recruited victims.

However, in interviews with CBS News, she has spoken about the trauma she experienced. Robson recalled those moments of deep emotional pain and claimed that she couldn't wash away what happened to her, and the guilt of what she did to others.

“I was sitting in the shower just scrubbing my skin. Scrubbing it. Because I just felt so dirty,” Robson said. “The guilt will never go away. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about the other girls,” she added. Robson has since become an advocate for victims and has supported efforts to release more documents related to Epstein’s crimes.
