When President Donald Trump isn’t making headlines over his health for his health, he is either posting messages on Truth Social or, in this case, sharing an AI-generated image of his grandson. The internet reacted with amusement after Trump shared an edited image of his grandson, Alexander, that made him look just like him.

According to The Mirror US, Donald Trump took to his social media handle on Monday to share an edited image of Alexander. Surprisingly, the photo made him look like a mini version of the President. He doesn’t always get much time with his family, so, at the big Easter party which took place at the White House, Trump, along with his wife, Melania, Tiffany and Eric celebrated the occasion to the fullest.

After the festivities were over, Trump took to Truth Social, one of his favorite activities. Donald Trump is a grandfather to 11 grandchildren. So, when Trump shared a new picture of his grandson, Alexander, people noticed that the photo appeared heavily edited. Many argued on the internet that the photo was edited using artificial intelligence (AI).

Donald Trump's Truth Social post for his grandson

Alexander is the son of Tiffany Trump. In the edited photo shared by Trump, the baby looked like a small clone of him and displayed the same hairstyle as him. Many people on the internet found the image peculiar and funny, and trolled Trump for sharing the photo.

Sharing the image, Trump captioned it, “Soon”, sparking speculation about the meaning behind the caption. The real photo of baby Alexander showed him with red, curly hair. The person who posted the photo wrote, “The youngest Trump grandbaby’s hair is incredible.” People on the internet compared the two photos and couldn’t stop pointing out the edited image.

One user trolled the photo and wrote, “Got the combover going on like grandpa.” Another said, “Trump hair style. Runs in La Familia.” A third user stressed, “He definitely has grandpa’s hair lol.” Meanwhile, another chimed in, “The Trump gene is strong.”

This is not the first time Trump has flaunted his genes in the family. The President has, on various occasions, asserted that his children and grandchildren have inherited his special genes. He also told people that his son, Don Jr, has the “greatest genes in history”.

“Now we have our great son. He’s got the best genes I think of any human being I’ve ever known. He’s my son, Don Trump. Don, he’s a great guy. Now my son’s got the greatest genes in history. I’m a big believer in genes,” said Trump while flaunting his genes during the Forum Investment Initiative (FII) summit.

Aside from sharing the edited photo of his grandson, Donald Trump was also recently in the news for being absent from the public eye since last week. According to The Daily Beast, many questioned his absence on X, and the talks regarding his health gained momentum. The White House’s rapid response team swiftly responded to the claims and clarified that the President was busy in the rescue operation of a soldier whose plane was shot out of the sky.
