Denise Richards Debuts 'Stunning' Post-Surgery Look — Internet Declares It the ‘Best Facelift I’ve Ever Seen’

"I wanted to put things back up, where they were before," said actress Denise Richards, while speaking of her decision to get plastic surgery. The 55-year-old isn't gatekeeping the secret behind her head-turning facial transformation. Instead, she has opted to be open about everything she has done to maintain a younger-looking appearance - with firmer skin and visibly fewer wrinkles.

Facial plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei shared a carousel post on Instagram, showcasing Richards' before and after pictures, and the internet is impressed with how natural yet striking her aesthetic transformation looks.

Richards underwent a complete surgical makeover in 2025. In her side-by-side Instagram photos, she looks much more youthful, with a lifted, refreshed appearance.

The Starship Troopers actress spoke at length about her cosmetic enhancements in an interview with Allure. "I think it's good...all of us growing up in the '90s together, sharing information and being able to say, 'Well, this is what I did,'" she said. "It's not just serums. It's not just eating right and working out and doing all these lasers and stuff like that."

Richards wanted to get only a neck lift at first. But after a consultation with Talei, she changed her mind. "Dr. Ben started showing me what he could do," she recalled. "He's like, 'Tiny here, tiny there.' It was a lot of little things…. He wanted to do the whole face and not just my neck, " Richards stated.

A facelift is not the only cosmetic procedure that Richards has had done. Talei revealed to Allure that he also lifted the outer corners of her lips "to make her mouth look happier." He performed a "very minor and conservative upper blepharoplasty." Richards also got a temporal brow lift under Talei's expertise.

The plastic surgeon also repositioned "the forehead and temples back to where they used to be." He used Richards' own thigh fat and reintroduced it in a "thin, even layer underneath the skin on her face and neck. This process helped brighten her skin and make her face look smoother and healthier.

Apart from all of these processes, there was the actual facelift. Richards loved her updated look. "I looked like myself, but better, "the mother of three said, adding that her only regret was not doing it sooner. "It's changed my life in such a good way," she added.

Richards' transformation quickly grabbed eyeballs on social media, with netizens praising the actress for her transparency about her plastic surgery journey.
