Stephen Colbert shows a Hillary Clinton graphic from 2016 that never made it to the final segment of 'The Late Show.'

During the Graphics Graveyard segment of Monday's episode, Colbert decided to walk down the memory lane by showcasing vaulted graphics that never made it to the final segment of the show.

Colbert pulled out a picture behind his desk, showing “The Original Graphics Graveyard.”

He mentioned that these images never made it in the final version of the show.

Part of that collection was a smiling picture of Clinton with a graphic that declared her the 45th President of the United States.

The host jokingly remarked, “This was the darkest version of the graphics graveyard,” adding, “Oh, grow up! It all worked out fine.”

Other unused graphics featured a Thanksgiving-themed adult magazine titled "Giblets" and a mock cover for Martha Stewart Living posing the question, “Donner Party or dinner party.”

Colbert was also joined by Andrew Burnette, the show's art director and head of the graphics department.

Stephen Colbert Recalls 2016 Presidential Elections

In the 2016 presidential elections, Clinton went toe-to-toe against President Donald Trump, but ultimately lost.

During another segment of The Worst of the Late Show, Colbert said that one of the many reasons that these graphics never made it to the final cut was because people refused to cooperate with each other.

Colbert recalled that during the 2016 elections, he was doing a live special on Showtime, which had no commercial breaks between them.

He continued that as the results began to come in, it became evident that the American public would witness a different outcome, as the support banked towards the Republican Party.

“We hired a bunch of n***d male models with the words ‘I am with her’ painted on their full plump b**ts,” Colbert said, showing an image of the models standing next to each other.

He said that he was disappointed because they could not go with the intended plan.

Instead, they made a last-minute change and repainted the models’ bottoms as they tried to “save the bit.”

They changed the initial message to “We’re [expletive].” The host shared that during the two bits, the show's co-executive producer was screaming into the headset, “Scrub the b**ts!”

The camera then panned towards the producer, who did a more accurate mimicry of his meltdown.

“That night even the b**ts cried,” Colbert joked, leaving the crew members laughing.
